Cheshire Personal Trainer provides home Personal Training, Group Training and Corporate Training in Stockport, Manchester and Cheshire. We are based in Stockport but cover all of Cheshire and Manchester including areas such as Offerton, Bramhall, Cheadle, Didsbury, Salford and Altrincham (and more).
We are proud to have both male and female Personal Trainers as part of our team who offer leading fitness and weight-loss training for women, men and children on a one-to-one basis.
We are specialists in weight-loss, fat-loss, body toning, dietary advice, weight management and sports specific training.
Cheshire Personal Trainer tailor bespoke fitness programmes for our clients, geared around helping them to achieve their fitness objectives whether that’s at home, outdoors in the local park or in our own private studio. We also offer corporate fitness training packages for businesses.

Whether you’re training to run your first marathon or just to get into shape and lose a few pounds, our personal training sessions are ideal in helping you to meet your objectives.
We can help you with weight-loss, fat-loss, body toning, dietary advice, weight management and sports specific training.
Advice comes as standard with our training to help you achieve the most out of your sessions. Sessions can be conducted indoors or outdoors.
Sessions are usually bought in blocks but can be taken as and when you want to take them. You are not tied to any specific days or times.
£30 per session for blocks of 10 – £300 in total
£34 per session for blocks of 5 – £170 in total
£37 for 1 individual session
For those of you that really want to kick off a new fitness regime or need a quick result, we offer a 14 day plan.
This is 14 training sessions over 14 consecutive days and you should expect to lose AT LEAST one clothes size.
We realise that many people like to train with a partner. For some people it can help overcome confidence issues and with others it can help challenge you more as you compete with your training partner.
Whether you want to train in a pair, or as a bigger group, our group training sessions ensure you get the one on one attention but train in a more sociable setting. Sessions can be conducted indoors or outdoors.
It can be tough to find time to exercise, especially with the pressures of work. At Cheshire Personal Trainer, we like to think outside the box on these matters and work with companies across Cheshire and Manchester to keep their staff fit and healthy.
We can put bespoke training programmes together for you and your team to give them healthy bodies and healthy minds. It’ll also help with your corporate social responsibility too!

I have been involved with sports from a very young age, having trained in karate for several years and moving on to several different disciplines of martial arts including ju jitsu, catch wrestling, and mma. I ran the london marathon in 1996 in under 4 hours and have a great respect and fondness for distance running. I am a fully quallified personal trainer and specialise in child exercise , nutrition and obesity prevention, Having the added bonus of 3 very young children myself, I see the potential in each and every child. I aim to make each and every session both fun and interesting for the client

Having danced from an early age my heart has always been in Health and Fitness. I have worked within the fitness industry since 2009, developing as a Fitness Professional, running successful Group Exercise, Dance, Pole and Alternative Fitness Classes. As an NLP Practitioner & Coach (Neuro – Linguistic Programming) I work to combine innovative exercises for the body with empowering exercises for the mind. With a background in Dance and Aerial Arts I am always looking for new and exciting ways to keep fit and get results. I aim to create energising and motivational sessions to achieve each client’s individual targets and goals. My newest love is Nutrition! With a love of all things sweet, eating ‘healthy’ foods once seemed like a dull and tasteless prospect but having found and developed my culinary creativity real foods and real results have never tasted so good. I qualified as a Body Type Nutritionist with a desire to help guide and educate women to understand the importance and positive impacts of an attainable and sustainable healthy lifestyle.
I have been training since the age of 14 and managed to train myself to the level of a Royal Marine which i went into at the age of 16.
I like to train hard and fast so thats how i want my clients to train. I feel its the best way to get the results you want. My sessions will be firm but fair and i guarentee through the session you will laugh, grunt, groan and moan but it is all part of a good work out.

I have always been a keen sports enthusiast however a few years ago I was overweight and in poor physical condition. I joined a gym but felt I needed a more structured approach to help me achieve my goals in an interesting and enjoyable way. I enlisted the help of a personal trainer and that was the turning point for me! The benefits I noticed were: Improved fitness: Higher energy levels: noticeable weight loss: Stress free living.
